A distinctly damp morning greeted over 30 Western Region members and friends, gathered at Lewtrenchard Manor

After coffee, Duncan Murray conducted us on a tour of the house, which dates from the Jacobean period and was later owned by Sabine Baring Gould (author of "Onward, Christian Soldiers").

We then enjoyed a very fine lunch in the ballroom.
