Saturday

Seven Bentleys turned up on Saturday to erect the Western Region marquee. The weather was dry but overcast; the forecast for Sunday was equivocal, portending some rain for the morning.

Sunday

23 Bentleys made their way through light rain to the Western Region pitch at Powderham. A further 5 were seen on the RREC pitch, supplementing the 14 Rolls Royces.
For the most part, the rain held off and the ground quickly dried out, affording us enjoyable conditions for our picnic lunch.
